How do I customize a product online? Which products are customizable?

We currently offer customizable printed T-Shirts with the Levi's® signature logo, and customized embroidered trucker jackets. Select your desired product, customization position, font (embroidery), text, color, size and quantity, then add the product to cart.

 

Can I customize with any design I want?

We are all for creativity here at levis.co.th, but there are some limits. We don't allow: designs that have defamatory content or that belong to others (the designs have to be your own or you should have the right to submit the content), anything obscene, overly suggestive, inappropriate, inflammatory, impersonates someone else, or illegal.

We are not responsible for any content. Orders are subject to our acceptance, at our sole discretion. We may cancel an order at any time, including after payment has been made. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will refund payment unless we have determined that you have made false representations about your right to use any design or content.

FEE

Are there any additional charges for customization orders?

Yes, there is an additional charge of ฿100-200 per customization, and the total additional charges for customization is subject to the total customization orders. We recommend checking the price displayed at check-out for the confirmed total additional charge.

DELIVERY

When will I receive my customized product?

Customized products are unique and require additional processing time, so please allow up to 15 business days for production and delivery. Orders containing customized products may arrive in multiple shipments.

 

Can I modify or cancel my custom order?

Customized orders cannot be modified and/or cancelled once placed. This means you can't change the design or text – or placement of either – and you'll need to place a new order if you'd like to increase the quantity. If you need to change your shipping address, you may do so within 1 hour of placing your order by reaching out to our Customer Care team at 02-790-4444 or via e-mail at customerservice@levis.co.th.

 

What is your exchange policy on customized products?

Customized products cannot be exchanged.

 

What is your return policy on customized products?

Customized products are not returnable.

Just a reminder that your use of the website and customized order are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Use. If any of the Customized Product Terms conflict with the Terms & Conditions Of Use, the Customized Product Terms will apply to customized products.

Overview

Levi's® Thailand currently offers customizable printed t-shirts for men and women with the Levi's® signature logo, and customized embroidered Trucker Jackets for men and women. Customers are to select their desired product, customization position, font (embroidery), text, color, size and quantity, and then add their product to their shopping cart.

 

Customization Terms & Conditions

1. Customized orders cannot be modified and/or cancelled once placed. New orders would have to be placed if designs or quantities are to be changed. If a change to your shipping address must be made, please contact our Customer Care team at 02-790-4444 or via e-mail at customerservice@levis.co.th.

2. Levi's® Thailand reserves the right to reject the production of customization designs that include text, characters and words deemed inappropriate or offensive, or infringe on copyright and cultural sensitivities.

3. Levi's® Thailand will ensure its best in accurately producing items that reflect the customer's design as closely as possible. Some variances in production may occur. Levi's® Thailand reserves the right to be indemnified against customer dissatisfaction towards perceived variances.

4. Customization orders must be paid upfront with credit card only. Cash on delivery is not allowed for customized orders.

 

Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within Bangkok: 1-2 business days
  • Out of Bangkok: 3-5 business days
  • Remote regions (from 150km away from town centers): 7-15 days (Thongphaphum/ Sangklaburi/ Pai/ Khunyuam/ Yala/ Narathiwas/ Pattani/ Islands/ other remote areas)

Rates:

  • Free shipping is available for orders of ฿800 and above.

Shipping Options:

Ship to address

Our shipping company partners (we do not use Thai Post) are responsible for shipping. Shipping staff will contact customers 15-30 hours before delivery.

 

Returns

Customized orders cannot be returned and refunded in any cases.

In cases of misdirected products, damaged products caused by the manufacturer or damaged products caused by shipping; product exchanges can be requested within 14 days of reception. Contact customerservice@levis.co.th along with your order number.
